Smartpill includes a setting that allow allows debug info to be logged for troubleshooting. You can turn debug mode on using PHP_Configure.

- Locate the Smartpill support folder (see the table below for the support folder location).
- Look for a file named Config.txt in the PHP Support Config folder.
- Does the file exist? If yes, open it and add the following line: DebugMode="On", then save the file.
- If the file does not exist, download a copy here and put it in the PHP Support Config folder.
- Quit FileMaker if it's running.
- Launch FileMaker and look for the debug folder (either on your desktop if you're using FileMaker Pro or in the Extensions folder if you're using Server).
- Now you can open a support request using our service desk and send us the log files for review.
